Arka Dhama’s philisophy extends care to all living beings. The Gaushala embodies this commitment to compassion and sustainability, providing a sanctuary for cows, celebrating their value and significance in local culture.

Each cow has their own individual names. The cows are dutifully cared for and graze in the lush green fields of Arka Dhama, where nature is at its best.

They are also provided special nutritious food, helping them grow well and yield milk. Vedic Mantras are chanted before feeding the cows. 

Although guests are not permitted to feed the cows on, they are welcome to observe and there are also opportunities to sponsor their food.
